I'm an aspiring software engineer and a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and a minor in Math!
Over the past few months, I've had the opportunity to conduct my own research, using software to better understand the vast information around us.
Here you'll find a few of my recent works, along with passion projects and exciting upcoming endeavors!
Collaborated on, as part of a team of four, a full-stack cross-platform mobile app connecting iOS/Android users to nearby consumer food trucks with real-time location tracking, navigation, and user authentication.
Worked in a team of five to develop a React-based medical dashboard with interactive data visuals, enabling CRUD operations on patient data across a NoSQL database using React, Node.js, Express, and HTML/CSS.
Developed an open-source desktop interactive chess engine integrated into a Qt6.5 program designed for running as a native and browser-based GUI application, built with C++, CMake, Qt Creator, Emscripten, and compiled for WebAssembly.
A quick and easy Chrome extension tool for both signing in and creating a Workday account, which auto-fills the registration form with pre-saved user information, built with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Analyzed historical and public NYC data, from 2010 to 2016, to build statistical models with Python and machine learning algorithms, clustering and identifying over 330 neighborhoods at risk of gentrification.
Designed a Python model for predicting Nitrogen Dioxide Levels (NO2 ppb) using traffic volume, community district codes, and time series data from post and pre-pandemic measurements.
Managed the creation and design of a comprehensive NoSQL database schema, using Python and Excel, while collaborating with cross functional teams across the Valuation and Advisory, and Technology and Data Solutions Deptartment.
Selected as one of 15 candidates for the inaugural NYC Fellowship program for high-achieving diverse talent, focusing on leadership, mentorship from industry professionals, and technical full-stack workshops.
Worked alongside DOE faculty and parents across several New York City Schools, providing mentoring and subject tutoring, leading to an average 94% graduation rate among select districts.
Conducted in-depth literature reviews and meta-analyses for multiple research papers regarding pollution collection procedures, limitations, and impact reporting metrics, used in predicting Nitrogen Dioxide levels.
Reporting on a comprehensive overview of the Street Savors mobile application, detailing product research, functional requirements, technical architecture, wireframes, development, and user experience design.
Designing a machine learning model to classify language-model-generated and human-authored text using Python and supervised learning techniques, cross-referenced with current research in stylometry.
